Got bonerless unskinned chicken thighs marinating in the fridge. Going to grill them in about 30 minutes. Sides will be rice and spinach caesar salad. All whilst flying from laguardia to heathrow in msfs.

Truffle oil is olive oil infused with truffle flavor, and the one I'm using was $30 for 3.4 oz/416mL. It's 100% worth every penny.
I'm watching a stream to kill time as I'm letting the soup reduce a bit.
Tasting will have to wait because the dish really only comes together when the oil is added at the end, and it can't be added earlier because the flavor compounds get broken down at regular cooking temperatures.

Well thanks for asking, I first take a bowl, put the canned tuna in there then salt it generously, in the meanwhile I unpack the banana and let it sit for a while while I eat the tuna (do not drink the sauce/water yet) I then dunk the banana in the tuna water then eat it. You should try it! it tastes absolutely delicious!

my hands didnt hurt too much, top of my fingers didnt hurt too much, the bottom of my fingers were a bitch and have to be touched up with hurts even more after awhile. Where u get ur blood drawn in ur arms hurt a lot as did my elbow. side of neck was ok got bad when it got closer to my ears

also i highly recommend the hallasan 21 i posted if you get the chance its surprisingly easy drinking despite its elevated alc content ive had weaker ones that are much harsher so it must be rather high quality

Irish whiskey is the best taste and value, in my opinion. YellowSpot and Red Breast 12 are my go to whiskey.

HOWEVER!

There are very few Irish distillers who do pleated whiskey well (ironically - I'll leave that to you to work out).

Whilst my favorite whiskey is Irish, I've got a massive soft spot for two Isley whiskys the are just unreal.

Lagavulin 16, which I couldn't find in an airport for about 2 years cause they ran out.

And...

Bowmore 15. I taste the peat and it's a good whisky, but it's probably the smoothest whiskey I've ever had...

For drinking - Monopolowa vodka, tonic water, and a splash of either 100% cranberry juice, or, the juice from a jar of dark cherries.

To eat - Basically pic related. I've been on a huge mac-and-cheese-with-mashed-avocado kick. Using Trader Joe's frozen baked mac-n-chee as a base, mashing an avocado and mixing it in. Probably slice up some thick-cut ham, brown it in a pan quick. and I have some sundried tomatoes in olive oil but I'm not sure if that might be too much and drown out the avocado I'm focused on.
