scotch bonnet and habenaro are about the same heat wise and don't taste much different in my opinion.
most recipes only call for 1 to 2 pepper for a 1 pound of beef so the overall patty isn't very hot.

The main flavors are allspice, ginger, bonnet mixed into onion and beef in a curry crust

I didn't take any photos but I just tried poaching eggs for the very first time and they came out fucking horrible. The texture was disgusting like frothy warm snot. The eggs were flavorless and tasted like water even though I salted and peppered them.
I think I used the right method. I got a pot of water to just barely simmering, added a splash of white vinegar, spun the water around and carefully dropped the egg in the center and cooked 3 minutes. The whites still dispersed everywhere and it tasted terrible. What did I do wrong?

i kinda just winged it but it was something like:
2.5 c. AP flour
8oz. lard
8oz. butter (cold)
8-9 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp turmeric
Mix the flour and spices then add in the fat then the water

If you don't have a food processor you can use a large hole cheese grater on froozen butter to get it flaky
