Here's my standard.

Double cheeseburger (not a faggot daily double) to your liking.
Dollar chicken sandwich to your liking.
Small fries.
Large water (if they give you any flak, then just ask for two or three waters)

If you're feeling frisky, you can get a mushroom n' swiss burger wrap. I was expecting to hate these things, because it's just a cut up burger with toppings in a tortilla, but the swiss cheese sauce just makes the thing delicious.

Big Mac, no Mac sauce, add Tartar sauce and extra pickles. I like to give it a little extra salt too.

That was the original double decker the McD's ripped off when they "invented" the Big Mac. At the time they both referred to it as "special sauce".

I hate McDonalds, I prefer everywhere else...especially Wendy's.

That said, when I'm up at 3 AM with some friends and we're hungry as hell, I generally go for a Double Cheeseburger (plain, because they put way too much shit on their shit) and a McChicken.
$2.19 plus tax for a pseudo filling McGANGBANG.
Add diet coke for washing it down.
Also I prefer mayonnaise on the side but that's up to personal preference.

Oh, this just me, but their McGriddles are fucking balls to the wall good. Everytime I go for breakfast and I'm not going to Hardies, I go=et those.

The egg comes in two different states, an egg liquid in a carton which is used for scrambled egg, folded egg (for wraps) and that kinda thing. Actual eggs are used for the McMuffins, they are broken by hand then steamed.

> I also remember a McDonald's advertisement trying to claim that they cook the eggs in the restaurant, however my friend used to work there and he can verify that everything is frozen including the eggs.

Depends on the time and place. I worked at a McD in midwest USA 92', that was my first time experiencing an "egg ring". Pretty neat thought I.

Scrambled came from 2 pint cartons. We poured it from a carton into the ring and eyeballed the amount. For the regular breakfast platter we had regular eggs from a carton, cracked open and dropped in an egg ring. It was that same rough cardboard stuff you see at the grocery, but these were like 24 eggs, and the lid lifted off. We had piles of these things next to the grill.

Also had these big iron bricks that sat on the grill. They got up to grill temperature and you could either use them to press bacon, or after breakfast, cook a burger in half the time. We also had a small tin of butter on the grill with a basting brush that we would lube the grill up with when cooking eggs.

Whole fuckin operation seemed very much like every other grill I worked. No magic... No evil.

don't you also use folded egg for certain sandwiches like mcgriddles, biscuits, and bagels?
our wraps are all made the night prior, and we microwave them before serving.
the wrap contains sausage and scrambled egg from the freezer and one piece of process cheese
>>4147459
no you can't re refry fried frys.

my favourite thing to make right now is what I call a swiss-mini
purchase two mcdoubles, ask for the processed cheese to be switched out for two halves of one piece of swiss, add chicken sauce (mayo) and mushrooms.
two swiss bugers for under $4 and much tastier than those heaping angus burgers.

that and southwest juniors. can't get enough of those southwest juniors with montery jack cheese.
do you americans get montery/swiss cheese option?

> Or do they throw them out?

Worked at a McD and BK. Both places has a 5 gallon bucket in the kitchen that we discarded all the old food into. After a regular shift, there would be about 3/4 of a bucket full of 1) fuck ups, 2) food that got too old, 3) anything that hit the floor (no we never fed it to anyone, we were too busy to get pissed, and it wasn't out money getting lost so not a single fuck was given. Sometime we would just kick the food under the grill rather than picking it up, but that turned out to be a stanky mistake).

It was sort of a "management tool" so that managers could constantly tweak their mad skills of intuition when it came to predicting how many big macs would be ordered in the next 20 minutes. In all those years, I very rarely ever saw french fries go into the bucket. Our incapacity for keeping fries on hand was the only thing slowing down our line. People ate the fuck out of those things. Unless a noob dropped a few too many before closing, those things never got older than 15 minutes.

Pic related:
> mfw after 3yrs on the job at BK and never missing a day, new nig nog manager fired me for eating 3 french fries that were heading for the bucket. Pro tip: when you suddenly have a nig nog manager, that's the regional managers way of clearing out a place.
