How do you guys coffee?

This is everything I have now. I plan on buying a Hario V60 to replace the melitta 5 dollar drip thing and a Buono to replace that piece of shit walmart kettle. I've just gotten into pour over stuff.

>> No.4419322

Hario is fine, I use one now. I used to have chemex, I feel as though it made slightly better coffee but maybe that's placebo.

inb4 1000 french press kiddies who think that they're patricians for having the most popular coffee maker of the 1990s.

What do you have instead of the Chemex?

>> No.4419334

I use either moka because that's what I grew up with, free infusion (where its allowed to steep free-floating in water for several minutes, then strain through a sock) because that's what my nanny made or automatic drip because there's no difference in taste between good coffee brewed by automatic drip vs manual pour over and fuck you.

>> No.4419338

>>4419328

Like I said, a Hario.

I happen to have a french press too but it almost never gets used.

I recommend if you don't have any places in town to look for quality online. If you have $$$, look at places like Wrecking Ball Coffee, MadCap Coffee, Heart, Verve, etc. Most roasters' websites have monthly subscriptions which is pretty great.
