Okay, so supersized items were phased out thanks to shame and disgust. I knew (I FUCKING KNEW) McDonald's was just sitting around and waiting to increase sizes again. But they had to sneak past the hate and brand it in a way that we wouldn't think less of the items and of ourselves for ordering it. So the new trend? The new "supersize" me? SHARING. 20 piece nuggets for "both of you" with a deal on two large fries with it or whatever it was. This picture with enough fries... to "share." Combining meals for two. Ah, that's their ploy!

But nobody shares this shit! They shame eat it in their car, but McDonald's made it easier to pretend you're going to share it with someone else. Both are laughing at each other saying, "Oh ho ho, they think they're gonna share." But they're not. This trend is stupid. McDonald's is stupid. We're all stupid.

I want to shame eat a 20 piece nugget in my car so bad, but I just. can't. do it.

I lived on a farm in Washington state (northern Olympic Peninsula) for about 10 months in 2011-2012. One major crop was potatoes...we had about 11 different varieties, and it must've been around 2000-3000 lbs in a root cellar. I easily ate a lb of potatoes 5-6 days a week. Of course, I walked several miles every day all over the farm, doing ground maintenance type stuff.

lol that my farm post got some replies. I would sell at the farmers market and always push our awesome potatoes. Repeat customers would be like, "Oh no thanks, I bought 2 lbs of potatoes from you last week and still have some." They would get the full force of all of my wat every time.

The was one guy I traded with, gave him around 10 lbs of potatoes a week and he would give me two packs of smoked salmon...sometimes fresh jarred oyster.

Another fisherman I traded with once, I gave him a bunch of veggies and he gave me like 15 lbs of fresh fish.

Another old guy came up and said "Man, I only have 6 bucks, what can I get from you?" He looked so sad. I hooked him up with tons of food, he went away so happy.

That farm was awesome. I love potatoes.
