I like my sandwiches closed, with cream cheese, some sort of meat, leafy greens, then more cream cheese
whole-wheat bread with seeds in it (not sourdough) is the best bread for this
bresaola is my first choice of meat
rucola is my first choice of greens
creamy cheese, eh, can be anything, but I like matured cheeses like tomini
