Op, not to be a dick or anything, but /k/ would be your best bet for discussing tobacco on 4chan (420chan would be a better bet than here anyday though since they have a tobacco board).

Start it as an ATF thread (where users are encouraged to post alcohol tobacco and firearms) and ask your questions there.
