The dullest, plainest recipes you'll happily eat.

Tuna sandwich:

>Star-Kist chunk light tuna in a can
>dollop of Miracle Whip
>two slices white bread

Open can. Drain. Mix with Miracle Whip. Plop on bread. Slice. Eat.

Glorious.

LOL, you re correct. Dukes. Even their reduced fat variety is decent, (I know, but 50 cals. less per tbls if significant over a month or year.) Heinz, if I can find it, JFG, or even Food
Lion store brand(regional-atlantic southeast-seem to be more to my taste than kraft, hellmans, or other "national" brands. That's ok. They must adjust their flavor to a broad spectrum. Not terrible, but I can do better. Ass for miricale whippped, no thanks, same for "salad dressing". Sorry, off tangent of thread. My cheap, easy, quick and satisfying meal, (yeah, was gonna make a joke, but if you wanted that you'ld be on pol or soc)- 1 10 oz can chicken chunks, thoroughly drained, two heaping table spoons mayo, two table spoons hot, sweet pickle relish (I use homemade chow chow, again a regional thing, not hard to make, and waaay better than any poor approximation you can buy in a store), lots of black pepper. Mash with fork 'til mixed, spoon on sliced bread. or roll in flour tortillas.Or even even eat from the bowl, in hollowed tomatoes or rolled in lettuce leaves if on a low /no carb diet. But only if you like it. God help you. No carb diets don't work. believe me. preddy good. Also, a hotdog with ketchup and mustard only on a slice of white. Go,ahead, call me gramps. I know some sumbitch is aching to do it anyway. I enjoy ck for the "joyfull repartee, the down and dirty slugfests (god help me, an internet version of the jerry, maury or dr phil show) and once in a great while, I glean something I can use, in my life or cooking. It's like panning for gold. Some days, snot wuth ta effeat. Some days a few flakes.(even if from precious snowflakes) and once in a while, a small nugget that keeps you coming back.I have no problem with "captures" of increasing.difficulty.
