Well, not knowing what my role would be in the production, I figure I'd be putting in at least a couple of days work, say a week, and that would have to come out of my vacation time, so let's say something like $10k. Also, my feelings on fieri are completely neutral aside from the amusement I get from watching /ck/ rant about him. I've never seen his show, never eaten his food, never read his books (? I assume he has some?)

Yes.
What kind? An actual cooking show. Where we actually cooked things. For reals.

2 dishes per episode, one where it's me and Guy cooking and another with both of us plus a guest chef.

Possibly also a 2-3 minute informative segment in-between the dishes relating to a key ingredient in one of the dishes from that episode.

This format could also be used if you replace Guy with any other chef and it would work.
