Nation's Giant Hamburgers, a chain up and down California.

Big, fresh burgers, breakfast all day, and some of the best pies you can get. The only thing weird is that they use Miracle Whip on their burgers...but it actually works pretty damn well.

Not really sure if there are any of these outside of South Carolina or even the greater Charleston area for that matter.

It's really just a sandwich/ice creme type place. Not fancy or even very distinctive at all. Good though.

We used to have some of these in san jose, and it's sad for me to say that I didn't even try this place until I was in college and it was right next to my high school.

The place was the best when it was run by these old korean ladies who took the time to grill the buns and make everything carefully and it went to shit when some old guy bought the place.

Went there when he took over and he forgot to make my order even though I was like the only customer in there.

Place fell through after a month of him taking over and now it's some shitty soul food restaurant.

Its in eastern washington. They sell crinkle cut fries in tubs that you eat with "fry sauce" which is ketchup and mayo. All their hamburgers have shredded lettuce on them and a couple of their burgers have a slice or two of fried ham on them. They also have a bazillion flavors of shakes, like butter pecan, bubble gum and cheesecake.

They're pretty good, I go every other month at least. Also, I dont know what the fuck a cod hand is.

Fuck yes I've been to Acres of Clams. Shit's tasty, yo. Delicious; and I like the atmosphere. Visited for my birthday about two years ago in February and watched the sunset over the horizon and all the lights of the city come to life. 10/10 will return.

Also, Ivar's has a fantastic history and story. I'm not really into cookbooks, but I bought theirs and read it like a novel.
