So I was cooking an omlette this morning and a beatle was crawling on my ceiling. I was like "that bitch aint paying rent!" so I climbed up on the counter and smashed it with a sandle. I shit you not, to my horror it fell right in my omlette. Needless to say I fished it out and cooked the fuck out of the omlette. I wasn't able to flip the omlette in one peace unfortunately because it was too heavy.

I feel you OP, I'm the anon who recently got over a roach problem, but I was heating up my cast iron with some oil in it to make a burger a few weeks ago and I notice something fall in and start sizzling. I fish it out and see that it was a baby roach that fell off of the ventilation hood. I shut the whole thing down and went to a mexican restaurant. Scrubbed the skillet and reseasoned it and didn't attempt to cook again until I got all the roaches gone. Fuck bugs.
