>drizzle 1tsp olive oil on pan
>crush 1tsp dried rosemary and sprinkle on pan
>lightly shake black pepper onto pan
>place even layer of spam on pan
>lay down layer of thick cut french fries (steak fries)
>sprinkle dried garlic on top. very lightly. two pinches ought to do it.
>cover with foil
>bake for 22 min.

Eat on it's own or put it on some toasted french bread. Roll it into a flour tortilla and use favorite hot sauce. Whichever.

SPAM is ok. used to take it on camping trips. slice and fry with powdered eggs or pancakes. In winter, always keep a few cans.. when the lights go out, after the third day of eating p b & . slj spam looks pretty good sliced in sandwiches, diced, added to cheap mac"cheese with lima beans or peas or left over fried rice. I like spam. low salt kind or original.@ 259/12 oz. I you get the "low fat" might as well buy "treet" or alpo. spams not bad. ya howlie

Usually i slice it into thin pieces and pan fry them with a little oil. I then continue to cook an egg from that same pan and eat it with some sticky rice. I add some dry seaweed with my rice when I have it on hand. You can also do this method and put it in a sandwich with mayonnaise, using a sweeter bread works best.
