I have recently become very disgusted with milk. The idea that it comes from a cows tit is just way too much.

How do you substitute milk in cooking/baking? Is it even possible.

Nowadays there's actually a lot of substitutes. Oat milk is one I use a lot. Also various nut milks, usually hazelnut. The taste of the milk itself isn't the same but you're not going to notice when you cook with it, it's only if you drink it straight that you'll notice. It might not work as well to make pudding with it though.

Not sure about drinking milk alone, but is a very versatile product, it can make butter, can be used in bakery, ice cream and don't forget the infinity variety of cheeses available, cheese only makes milk worth it.
