What is the optimal diet for disease prevention?

>> No.6472312

-No processed food.
-Consciously understanding your diet and its implications, as well as how your own body works.
-Minimal if any meat.

look at what group of people have the lowest rate of disease and highest life expectancy. eat what they eat.

from a quick google, i'm seeing japs, koreans, icelanders, and danes top the charts of the healthiest people.

what do danes consume? lots of pork, sugar, and liquor.

there you go.

And that's why your emulative approach isn't valid.

a lot of veggies, fruits, nuts, legumes, berries, shrooms and other shit with micronutrients and stuff

get enough protein and a healthy distribution of all other macros

don't starve yourself or eat a too limited diet

Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.
