Honestly?

Make konjac crackers.

1) get powdered konjac
2) get vital wheat gluten
3) get some eggs
4) half and half
5) packet of ranch dressing mix

Take a cup of konjac powder, cup of vital wheat gluten, 2 eggs, and the packet of ranch and mix. Add a tablespoon of half and half and mix. Continue adding half and half until it reaches a batter like consistency.

Now, pour the mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

bake at 300 for about 10 minutes until it hardens up.
At this point, you can brush on some butter if you want.
Set temp to 250 and continue baking until it hardens.

When it's done, you'll have a big cracker you can break into pieces and munch on that tastes of butter and ranch.

The entire thing is about 700 calories (depending on how much half and half you added), and has a shitload of fiber. This will make enough crackers to fit into 2 gallon sized plastic bags, and will keep for about 2 weeks.
