I like all food cause I'm not an idiot so I have a good balance of healthy stuff and things I should eat in moderation. I never eat something just on nutritional value alone but I generally think a good salad tastes better than a cheeseburger. When it comes down to it though, you're level of physical fitness is more important than diet. People don't say this because they're lazy and it's easier to buy "healthy" food so they can feel better about themselves than to run or work out.
