I can agree with all of these, but especially the wheat pasta. I got some thinking it's "healthier" (it's not, it's more calories than normal). But the worst part is the texture is all messed up. I was stupid and bought several pounds at Costco but luckily my roommate's eating it because otherwise I'd have to throw it all out. Pasta just should not be gritty.

My mexican mother in law makes some salsa that are cooked. It typically goes on top of her tacos. It's similiar to how you would make Chile Verde. You take tomatillos and brown them until they are brown and the liquid is evaporated and you blend it with garlic and onion, roasted jalapenos and fresh cilantro. It's so hot, it sort of cooks the whole thing.
