These savory jello molds make me think of something terrible I had a few days ago.

I was at my Grandma's house and she's trying to eat healthier. So she's getting into weird shit with food.

She made this thing, if I could've taken a photo, I would've. It's cream cheese, lemon jello, apples, walnuts, and then celery. Yup. Celery. The whole thing just tasted weird and stringy. I ate as much as I could to be polite, but I couldn't eat all of the celery.

She was a bit put off about the fact that I didn't eat the celery. I was like "uh.... Too heavy handed with it."

It was an atrocity. Dinner was pretty bad too. A meatloaf with cheese and potatos layered in the middle. The potatos soaked up the blood from the meat. It was a bit undercooked.

Honestly, the entire family visiting trip was a nightmare of food.

Its cooked perfectly. When you do a prime rib, you dont cook it to order. You braise/roast it in the oven to RARE while caramelizing the outside and rendering the fat.
