Don't waste that flame, fill your grill with zucchini, eggplant, peaches, corn, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms.

Get a really nice cut of meat in a small portion, like a seven bone or a strip steak. Maybe a fish or some marinated chicken, but keep it small and keep it flavorful.
Finish the veggies with some fresh herbs and lemon/vinegar and pile those onto your plate
