My uncle has always sold tacos in different points of the city and I can tell who are all those little faggots who make their tacos with lettuce, beans, cheese, or sour cream (seriously, WTF are you doing? fucking hell) and a lot of you fuckers are from Nuevo Leon, good carne asada, but lettuce is fucking disgusting.

If you want some "fresh" or green toppings on a taco you can add chopped onion, cilantro, some roasted or grilled nopales, or some guacamole (also, guacamole is a sauce don't put other salsa, you'll ruin the spicy taste). My recommendations for some recipies are, tacos de carnitas (my family is from Michoacan, fucking love carnitas), tacos "al pastor", tacos de barbacoa, tacos de suadero, tacos de longaniza (kinda like chorizo), tacos de arrachera, tacos de "cochinita". And for the totillas, arrachera and carne asada goes better with flour ones, for everything else corn is better and has a more robust taste. Also try to make your own tortillas, the ones on the store have a lot of shit that ruins the taste.

I can't tell you how much I love the food of my home, and it makes me happy to know another people like it or are interested in it, even if it's just tacos. Love you bros, and happy holidays <3

Here in Norway we have no idea what authentic mexican tacos should be like, and no one really cares either. In Norway we eat the tex-mex taco, and its incredibly popular, pretty much everyone eats it on fridays or saturdays. tex-mex taco on friday and pizza on saturday.
