Yeah. Just soak it for about 10 minutes and then add some rubbing alcohol to the mix before cooking and let that sit for about 5 minutes. Then go ahead and cook the chicken. Don't worry, the alcohol you added causes the bleach to cook off within about a minute or so.

Europe does not chlorinate chickens, here instead of adding poision to our food we keep chicken farms clean, and tools used to kil tham and cut must be also clean.

Chlorinating is cheap alternative to keeping it all clean.
