I've browsed this board for five years now and I can honestly say that I know everything there is to know about the legend known as Jack Scalfani.

I've studied the man, his cooking, his family, but maybe most important his charisma and soul. I've spent hours watching his Youtube channel, browsing ja/ck/ threads, going to fan meetings and keeping in touch with the community around him. I probably know more about him than his own wife Tammy does.

I know the exact procedure for recreating his famous blue rare burger, I know the colors of his kitchen panels, where his youngest son goes to school and the exact route he takes from his home. Show me Jacks hand and I can identify it in under a second. Show me a

And what have I learned? Besides cooking the perfect corn dog and bean salad? Well, I’ve learned that this man is a true american hero. He’s a role model to the youth and the people who seek to pursue a career in cooking. Besides of his undivided love for helping others the world is a better place.

What is the point of this thread you ask? Well, I for one would like to salute the man by posting my favourite webms of his cooking. If I can spread half of the love Jack does then I have succeeded. Please feel free to submit your favorite Jack moment in this thread.
