I had a glass cutter attached to a thing that allowed you to make a perfect enough circle cut around the bottle. Then you dip it in hot, than cold water back and forth until the top pops off. Smooth the edges with sand paper and you have a cup. I also made one with a mickeys 40oz bottle. It was great to fill with ice water on a hot day.

You can also do that method with a triangular file.

Another method would be to use a diamond-coated abrasive disc with a dremel tool.

An easier way to smooth the edges is to use a torch. A propane torch works fine. Heat the glass and it will smooth over the edges on its own. This is called "fire polishing".

My favourite mug was a heat-sensitive one I had custom printed with Rumia. Unfortunately I dropped a plate while doing the washing up one day and the poor thing developed a terrible crack down the middle.

We had a bunch of Pokemon ones and I think some Simba's Pride ones like pic related but I don't know where they went. Hopefully they're in our attic somewhere. We have some REAL older Welch's jars from the late 80s with cartoon Stegosauruses that I found at the thrift store my aunt works at. They have a different shape than the 90s jars in which they don't taper at the top but instead are shaped like an actual jar. I'll post a picture of the jar

I own a lottery prize Airou bottle for MH4 that I bought at a con last year that I mostly use for water/seltzer because I don't want to stain the insides of the bottle with dye from kool-aid and juice since said bottle is hand-wash only

Well some of them are. You can tell by the white border. Borderless mugs are harder and more expensive to obtain, but from here on out I'm only getting borderless. I want all mugs to be uniform so I'll probably get the bordered ones reprinted in time. I tried to use zazzle but I got in an argument with them over copywrite because they claimed I am not the copyright holder of the image I wanted printed but I knew I was because I had it custom commissioned by an artist. Because I only collect mugs of them holding mugs and if no scene of that happens in the show, I need to have it drawn. That costs about thirty bucks every time I do it on top of the fifty bucks for the mug itself and the shipping.

This is what happens when I stop drinking. Spend all my money on stupid stuff.
