For some people, these types of videos triggers that "cold tingle down your spine" feeling. ASMR is an attempt to more scientifically name that feeling, and stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Not everyone experiences the tingly feeling, and even then not everyone who does finds the usual ASMR video to trigger it. But enough do that they find such videos very relaxing, and even some people who don't experience it find that watchibg videos of a quiet and calm person engaging very carefully and deliberately in a simple action can help with anxiety. Personally I do experience ASMR, but I don't usually get triggered by videos like the one OP linked. I'm much more likely to get it off listening to music I like or letting water run through my hair in the shower.
