Why does blueberry yogurt always taste so fucking bad?

What's your favorite yogurt?

Greek yogurt is awful. Vanilla Dannon by the quart is the best.

>What's your favorite yogurt?

Plain.

I make my own, then add fruit and nuts and have it for breakfast most days.

Take strawberries or blueberries, or any fruit, toss them in a pan and heat them up with a touch of butter to keep them from sticking, and you'll evaporate some of the water in the fruit leaving them more tasteful, then you add it to the yogurt, mix and serve.

My favorite is thick fatty turkish yoghurt. Doesn't even have to have anything in it.

I don't eat that though, I eat the low fat kind with a bunch of mixed berries thrown in there. It's not great, but I still enjoy it.

blueberries are a main, not a topping. there's a reason blueberry ice cream isn't popular, but they taste good with whipped cream, nut butter, etc.

What's the point of eating yogurt? Will it really regulate my digestive system?

>> No.9130446

Good source of vitamins, proteins, and calcium.

>Will it really regulate my digestive system?

As long as you either make your own, or buy the kind that has active cultures, then yes, it will help maintain your digestive tract.
