First time trying nutritional yeast/hippie dust last week

Nice taste. Made my pee stink and glow fluorescent yellow for days.

its a slightly sweet slightly savory powder that goes with rice mostly. bolsters the flavor and nutritional content of your food, although it can be a bit sawdusty. not resentfully sawdusty, like how people would imagine most vegan foods to taste resentful, but just inherently dry
