Yeah I get its sort of pretentious, but it is slightly different than texture. Red wines can have a different mouth depending on tannin and sugar. Soft drinks can have different mouthfeel depending on carbonation and acidity. They're all liquids and have the same texture. Mouthfeel is includes texture but also has more to it. Not everything you feel in your mouth is textural.
