When I got my wisdom teeth out, all I could eat was yoghurt and things like cut up noodles.

Somehow not chewing my food made me drop a permanent 2kg...

I made more progress than healthy eating and excersising...

But to make starters just drop soda and sweets, I started learning about nutrition and reading the labels before buying anything like desserts. Knowing how much fat in things makes a lot of difference man, it's all about mentality.

Don't feel down OP, ice cream trucks were the highlights of my childhood.

In summer, on really hot afternoons just as the sun has begun its way of setting, hearing a little tune of mr whippy or greensleeves would have me bolting out the door looking up and down the street keeping an eye out for the colourful truck with a giant ice cream on top of it.
Though this only happens about 1 or 2 times every few years since my street is full of old people. I believe there was only me and one other family that actually had kids.
Also going to the secondhand markets on sundays with my family was the best, because the ice cream truck would always be there. Loved their ice creams dipped in chocolate and crushed nuts.

Inner city of Melbourne. Tomatoes are pretty hardy plants, it was spring when I started throwing old tomatoes into my backyard for compost and they just started to grow from that.

I've harvested at least 5kgs worth of tomatoes from my crops this week and they're all ripening at a fast pace ;_;
