I'd sell baked goods out of it.

artisan breads, cupcakes, cookies, other pastries.

Thanks guys
That recipe looks good, so I think I'll just go with that.
I'm not so sure about the glaze though and I'll probably try to find a recipe for some sort of sugar free frosting.

I have a favor to ask of you
Could you give me your best sugar free chocolate cake recipe? and chocolate frosting recipe?
I'm trying to bake some cupcakes for this super qt girl who's diabetic.
I'm looking for something really rich.

Here's a pic of some raspberry Coconut cupcakes I made. they tasted great, but weren't as nice looking as I'd like, partially because I had to use frozen raspberries instead of fresh ones.

I'm on the west coast in the US, working in a restaurant, trying to make my way into a bakery, but with the time of year nobody seems to be hiring. and in this town, people really don't seem to care about quality, they just want something decent and cheap, and if they want something nice, they go the next town over, or take a trip to Seattle.
It's a bit of a bummer.

>good bakeries are relatively rare because most baking is taken over by cheap shit grocery stores

as much as I don't want to admit that this is true, it seems to be that way.
The little town I live in has 4 grocery stores with bakeries, and we had one legitimate bakery downtown that closed down a couple days ago ;_;

maybe even through some spinach on at the end, if you'd like.

Oh, and throw some salt and pepper in with your saute'd shit.

make a sandwich.
just use regular, sliced sourdough, toasted, and put on some gouda, and saute together the chicken, cut up, mushrooms, garlic, and some red onions.

I made these cupcakes for my boss a bit ago.
She gave me a book called "small cakes" as a christmas gift so I thought that I'd bake her a recipe out of it to say thanks.

The book called them "Raspberry Coconut Buns", and they were pretty dense, but tasted great.
As far as presentation though, I was a little disappointed with the final product because I couldn't find fresh raspberries and used frozen ones.

I'm just afraid that I'll fuck something up, or It'll take me longer than they want for me to get everything down and they'll just be like, fuck, this guy's retarded.

That looks so good, speckling on the crust look great, and so does the crumb, looks moist.

I have a question as well, how do you feel about breads with excess flour like in this picture?
I think they're great for presentation, but when I eat a bread like that I always try to dust off as much of it as I can, and I'm not a huge fan of the taste that's left, although it's not a huge deal.

That's a cool idea, I imagine it would make a really light pink dough.

I can't think of a better website for bread recipes and techniques.

That looks great, thanks.
Just googled it and found it on The Fresh Loaf, sounds like it would definitely be good with some Indian food.
