I figured this was a common knoledge sort of thing. The recipe calls for 25min at 300f. I've already put the next batch in, I turned up the temp just a tad and set the timer for 35 minutes.

I made a batch of leamon squares but they came out all runny and under-done. Next batch should I turn up the oven or leave them in longer?
