caviar - I made it on buckwheat blini with sour cream, very good
truffles - delicious
Dry aged Prime Rib Eye steak - delicious
porcini mushrooms - common thing here, I like them but nothing special
jamon serrano - common thing here, I occasionally make sandwiches with it but meh. pic related
speck - also common, I like it much more than jamon
foie gras - only bought it once to make beef wellington, tastes good but not worth the price IMO.

Aged cheddar (it's not common here, I have to drive half an hour to a special shop to buy it)
