Mexican is probably better because a lot of curries just kinda blend together meanwhile Mexican cuisine has curry-like dishes (including pork) and they're all quite distinct, butter chicken and tikka masala literally taste the same, chicken madras just taste like a variation of those (nooo tikka masala isn't real Indian ack)
