step 1. forget to use water, pour Jameson into atleast 3cups
step b. breads stuff, I might still be drunk but you know breads stuff like baking soda and flour
Step IIV. coat the pan in no less then 3mm of oil
step yes. place dough in pan
step again. coat top in 3mm of oil and bitter
afterwards 15mins@350 coat in more butter, cook
5-10mins

The reason I chose rice was because its relatively easy to prepare. I would be sticking to just brown rice but, like I said earlier, there's the arsenic concern so I do about half and half. What I'd really like to start eating is hulled barley but I can't find any in my local grocery stores. Any suggestions for nutritious carbs/grains, anon?

How the fuck am I supposed to get 600 calories from vegetables? I normally eat a broccoli crown or half a pound of green beans and I feel absolutely stuffed. There's no way I can do that on OMAD. I'm definitely interested in getting rid of the carbs though. Please enlighten me.

If I'm eating one meal a day surely it can't be catastrophic to my goals. I've been eating just a cup of grains daily now. If its truly that bad I could just use white rice or even brown rice. I'm not sure about eating brown rice every day because I've read about arsenic poisoning being an issue if you eat it every day. I've been eating it probably half of the time.
