Obviously not baked or dough, but this was my first time trying funnel cakes and they came out a-ok

This is my latest batch of loaves and they look like shit, but they tasted p good

So again, looking for more bread ideas. I feel like my regular loaves have kinda gone to shit after like 2 years without baking so I'm getting back into the groove of things

I havent been here in a few years, not sure if it's as active (or preferably, inactive) as it used to be

I am thinking that i can Just make appetizers during the week and then just always take a little of whatever is in the fridge from dinner, one of the appetizers and then filling the last two containers with something simple out of a bento cookbook or a website.

Hello /ck/. I just got a job where bringing lunches is going to save me a lot of money and a lot of anal health from not forcing myself to eat fast food.

So I am looking in to getting a good lunch setup. I am looking at these Mr. Bento lunchboxes, and they look like they work great. I also feel that they are vague looking enough so i don't look like im trying to be like glorious nippon. Does anyone have experience with these? Or have a recommendation for a setup they use for bringing lunch to work?

Only if I make it myself and even then I only post it to ck sometimes. Usually text the pics to friends if it's good like a nice loaf of bread or pizza.

I saw a package of gluten something or other I remember you talking about last year or early this year. would you recommend it? ive been working on getting chewy and airy crumbs with my sd and can accomplish similar open airy crumb with just ap flour but its been a while since i used whole wheat flour or and grains and want experiment with that and that gluten stuff
