What the fuck do you mean? Anything below firm, use in shakes, soups, whatever, just stir that shit in. Firm to Extra Extra Firm, cut into blocks or rectangles, pat dry with a paper towel, saute and then add to shit.

I had much the same. Miso with tofu, spinach, and green onion, served in ramen. Delicious. You're a good person, unlike these other food plebs.

The exact same amount and type of phytoestrogens are found in onions and beans, but you still eat that shit. Do you even know what a phytoestrogen is?

Soy can make an enzyme your thyroid needs inactive, but ONLY in people that already have underactive thyroids or thryoid disorders. Soy in general promotes better heart health, circulation, and prevents some forms of cancers.

You're actually sorta halfway there. I'm a huge fan of Japanese food and culture (actually going to be moving there soon, gotta deal with some visa bullshit), and I can tell you that if there's one thing that Japanese obsess over, it's that salty, meaty flavor called Umami. You can get a hint of the flavor from soy sauce, but it's a pretty complex flavor.

Luckily, a lot of junkfood over in the US/UK try to imitate this flavor through meaty/salty snacks like Doritos, Chips, etc., so that's not something you have to get used to. If you can get used to seafood, especially shrimp and octopus, then you're golden.

(Note - this is from someone who spends most of their time in Tokyo/Chiba, so that region's taste and cuisine shouldn't be taken as wholly representative of Japan)

Here we have a newborn baby calf. Like human females (did you know that you're an animal? In fact, you're a mammal), there is a deep connection between the mammalian offspring and their mammalian mothers. Unfortunately, this baby was doomed from the start. His mother was raped (bringing him into the world unnecessarily) and then when it was time to deliver, the babies are stripped away from their mothers and turned into veal. Because... Us grown humans just have to drink baby cow milk for some reason... Man, real tough guys you guys are. Needing milk like a fucking baby. Jesus...

So the vicious, unsustainable cycle continues. We artificially inseminate billions of cows every year, kill their kids, kill them, and eat them. All under the guise "needed nutrition." Not only do these animals share the same class family as us (mammals). They also show emotion, have fully functioning central nervous systems, show fear, and guess what... What would you know... Evolution seems to have made the moms actually give a shit about their young. Strange huh. I mean, it would be a pretty shitty species, survival wise, if they didn't have something inside of them telling them to care for their young. Every cow stolen is emotional damage.

Evolve your empathy. Stop mindlessly putting shit in your mouth.

>but they're just stoopid animals

Did you know that pigs are more intelligent than canines? Pigs just have the unlucky blessing of having a body that is more susceptible to carving up. Too bad they are stuck in this world with you evil faggots. I like to call you all morally challenged. So that's what I'll stick with. It's like mental retardation, but with morality instead of intelligence. Anyway, here's just one of many true factory farm "mishaps":

A December 2010 undercover investigation by the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) revealed cruelty at Smithfield Foods farms that inspired Mark Bittman to write, "...if you're still eating industrially-raised pork (or chicken or beef or fish for that matter) -- get real. Any industry...that operates with such infuriating disregard for the welfare of their animals deserves all the trouble we can muster."

Among the findings from the HSUS: a "basketball-sized abscess" on the back of one pig was cut open with an unsterilized razor, without veterinary supervision; a pig who was shot in the head -- but still alive -- was thrown into a dumpster three times; piglets were tossed into carts; and piglets born in gestation crates fell through the open bottom into the manure pit.

Are you fucking brain dead? There have been plenty of documented lifelong vegans. There's your proof fuckstain. Did you honestly think that surviving on plants was not possible? In this day in age?

What the actual fuck...
