Idk you're right in most cases but I've discovered that Crystal Geyser doesn't taste like plastic of it stays cool. If I can't taste plastic I'm usually happy.
You can buy stuff in glass bottles, that works too.
If you're in a pinch leave your glass of tap water out in the sun so the chlorine evaporates.
You'll still be left with the fluoride and whatever else they put in there.
If you're really being thorough you can get a decanter or carafe and pour it slowly in hopes that sedimentary "poisons" won't escape into your cup.
And if you want to stretch the amount of hydration you get out of your gallon of Crystal Geyser, you can mix it with tap water prepared in the ways I described.

I tried waiting to the last second after I already had it my bowl to insert the chips but it was too soon actually. maybe I should keep them in a seperate bowl and take a scoop of oatmeal and a scoop of chips :)
