Italians are awful. I'm genuinely xenophobic towards them by this point. I have nearly a decade of experience working with multiple families, and businesses from Italian born wops, so I know what I'm talking about.
Not only are they vile people, but their culinary understanding is so stunted because of how "perfect" they think grandma's cooking is.
