going to post a few pictures of my router, atc is operational now I'm currently working on the wiring for the sensors and rewriting my macros

another photo of the tool rack, I recently upgraded to a 150mm stroke piston to give me more clearance for a dust enclosure I plan on building to keep debris away from the tool holder tapers

the electronics enclosure, decided to use a VGA cable and breakout boards for 4 of the sensors. I'll clean up the wiring but won't put in too much work since I plan on replacing the steppers with servos and eventually swap out the proximity sensors with higher quality units

the spindle is a JGL-80/1.5R-20 by the company Jiangentech. Some polish dude recommended the company on YouTube and so I bought their smaller 1.5kw 80mm diameter spindle, iso20 taper toolholders.

here's a picture of the loop, it seems that there's way too much resistance in the loop for the D5 pump to handle so I'm planning on adding another pump. It's been good enough to keep the spindle cool for as long as an hour cutting so far, but I'd prefer to try to meet the manufacturers specs.
