im not american but i get bored of the same interior after a couple of years.

I rip out the walls and ceiling and start building the inside walls of my home into a different patern.

For bathrooms and kitchens or where ever there is a water tap you can get the green drywalls that are ment for wet places. There are also red ones that slow down fire.
I work for a pretty big contractor so these materials are easy to come by for me. €3000-4000 and 3 weeks off and im done for a couple years.

>have OSB under the drywall,

I did that in a house I renovated and turned into a rental.

I know of one tenant that broke his hand when he was drunk and punched the wall.

OP, you do know that most of the world uses plaster board, right?
Not just a Murrican thing

Double layer of drywall is the best thing ever for commercial/rental, very difficult to punch through and stupid easy to repair when damaged, just cut away the damaged part of the top layer, screw the patch to the backing layer, tape, sand, paint done. I work doing carpentry/repair for a large property management company, the buildings with the double layer are by far the best to work on.

Personally, I live a drywall free life outside of work.

Asbestos cement board.
>asBESTos.
>Fire proof
>Strong
>Accepts paint better than drywall
>Can hold screw no anchor needed

Unban asbestos. Based countries like Russia never banned asbestos, because it is literally the best.

Easy, don't go around punching holes in your walls like a manlet Kyle and keep the bugs and moisture off of it by maintaining a proper roof and exterior wall covering. But I'd imagine that would be too hard of a concept for someone in a 3rd world country such as yourself to grasp...

>running into walls
>termites
>flooding
All sounds like nigger problems to me.
I'm pretty sure the last thing I would be concerned about if my house is both being flooded and eaten by termites, would be is my wall material going to be damaged by this?

No. Sentence structure should hint you in as to what part of the country I am from. The dropped comma should be obvious enough to anyone who is not a brainlet.

Sort of; there's a missing hyphen. It should be:
>I live a drywall-free life outside of work.
You also could add a comma:
>I live a drywall-free life, outside of work.

Only idiots go into debt and like i said, i work for a contractor, making enough so i dont have to go in debt. Not having crotchfruits running around tearing down your bank account and/or house is key in life. Also don't buy shit you don't need like brand new cars or any jewerly no one gives a shit about.
