SE models just have a higher finishing standard, crown and bezel are stainless steel. Lume is slightly better but pretty much useless. The pic you posted looks like that because it was set for 30 seconds of exposure. This is what the lume looks like after a few seconds under a halogen bulb taken with a shitty phone camera. I don't remember if the se 960 neptunes come with solid link bracelets or not, you can purchase one too.
