Long coats and other robe like garments. I wear calf length overcoats in the winter and like it but I wish I had some some of linnen it middle eastern styles garments for the summer.

I feel like the bigger issue in regards to the thread topic is the altered authenticity of wearing it. Wearing what you want but that doesn't fit the times is authentic to yourself but there's a loss in having it not be what the times actually call for. I'd love to wear 20s and 30s suits if I were in the 20s or 30s because there is something to being an authentic part of that Uber-aesthetic that's not present in just wearing the clothes because you like them.
