Would /fa/ reccomend cuffed sweatpants in a normal/everyday goings out setting instead of jeans?

I'm fucking tired of slim/skinny jeans and no other leg wear intrests me. What would be the reaction to wearing sweat pants like pic related (maybe a little slimmer) with shit like normal tees, parkas, hoodies, and even canvas boots/chucks? Would that be okay or kinda a douchy thing to wear?

I just want some legwear with more freedom and comfyness
