Just budget and start putting some money aside for nice pieces that you like, dude. If you eat out a lot, cut back on that and you'll already start saving a good bit there (You'd be surprised how much people spend on fast food and restaurants. My boss usually spends $100-200 a week) Don't buy random novelty things that you'll get bored of in a week.

And don't buy a bunch of mediocre stuff just to satisfy your fashion hobby (This one took me a while to get over). You could buy a bunch of H&M/Zara/Chinese reps over time or you could save up for a couple really badass designer pieces and not regret it.
