Dyed black. It's 50/50 poly-cotton so the dye only stick to half the fibers

The other jacket saw better progress from just one bottle of black. This one is half polyester, so I think this is about as dark as I'll get it.

(pics are with the exacts same light and the same manual setting on the camera.)

The next step for this one is a bunch of patches
