okay /fa/ this is the weirdest shit.
when im away at school in Southern Illinois, my hair is shit. it falls flat and has zero texture and i look like garbage.
when im back home in Chicago my hair has volume and texture and looks amazing.
my theory is that Chicago has softer water or some shit.
what can I do to keep my hair looking luscious when I'm away at school?
