coveralls can be pretty nice. I have the option to wear them at work and I find them really comfy. I'd love to work them into some fits with a jacket over

these are a pair of surplus german mechanic coveralls. The color and material is not ideal and if you're going to be making them yourself get the fit and material down over everything else

ventile would be a pretty fantastic choice it's essentially a dwr cotton fabric that wears really nicely. It can be a little swooshy when new but worn in would be great
