No matter how much conditioners or oils I use it doesn't improve, is the hair just fucking dead/permanently damaged? dunno if its just the dreaded 30s or my shitty maintenance(didn't bother doing anything till then, but I never noticed this issue a few years ago...not that I had long hair back then or anything)
