coffee, something around 500cals for dinner, skyr, 1 boiled egg, some fruit and a lot of veggies (and a multivitamin)

>what do you do to avoid eating when the temptation strikes?
Tea with cake flavours (really love the Blueberry Muffin Tea) or sweets made for toddlers (a whole pack of them is like only 100cals!)
