lads help me
my hair (naturally very thin) is very dry and entangled probably from over shampooing it everyday for months and a few days ago i finally tried a dry hair shampoo+conditioner+hair mask for the first time in my life and my hair looked and felt super good and disentangled
it lasted like a day or two and now its back to very dry and tangled despite using the same products

i dont know what to do
im worried it may be fucked for good and i have to grow it back? i dont know anything about hair but i find it weird that its back to being shit despite the treatment having previously worked
