How to gain weight?
>physically cannot eat unhealthy, so dirty bulk is a no

average day:
>morning:
>drink a glass of water
>eat a mandarin or two
>lunch:
>standard cereal-bowl sized portion of pasta, bolognese with extras like spring onion, grated cheese, or cucumber
>snack on shit like those 'superfood' fruit bars, mandarins, grapes or whatever
>dinner:
>if I order takeaway then probably some chinese roast duck or whatnot, otherwise cook some chicken to eat with rice and random vegetables
I'm probably living on a calorie deficit. Is it over for me?
